Data we collect
- Account: email, hashed password, sign-in metadata.
- Profile & onboarding: self-declared date of birth, country, interests, consent choices.
- Task & wallet data: task attempts, responses, ledger entries.
- Payout method metadata: non-sensitive identifiers (e.g. account nickname, hashed account fingerprint). Full payout credentials are handled by payout providers.
- Provider callback data: normalized event metadata for reward confirmation. Signed and verified server-side.
- Device / IP risk data: hashed IP and device fingerprints for anti-fraud review. Raw IP is not persisted.
AI-assisted processing
AI may assist with task-to-user matching, support ticket summaries, fraud triage summaries, and client report narrative summaries. AI does not approve payouts, reverse rewards, or auto-send messages to users.
Client reporting
Clients receive aggregate and redacted reporting only. TryWorthy does not sell your personal responses. Feedback is delivered to the specific client that commissioned the task, subject to sample-size thresholds and PII redaction.
Your choices
- Revoke consent at any time from Privacy & consent.
- Request data deletion or export via contact (placeholder - production flow to be finalized).
